The West Coast premiere of Azul by C. Quintana (CQ) at Diversionary Theatre is an all-female memory play that fuses music and memory to explore a romance for the ages and the true language of love. Directed by Maria Patrice Amon, the production centers on the queer community, specifically queer women of color, and addresses issues such as colorism within the Latinx community.
