NOCTURNO is a dance production for young audiences by Joana Gama and Victor Hugo Pontes that explores children’s imagination of the night. Shadows, darkness, silence, street noises, and the movements inside a house become material for thoughts, fear, and fascination. Developed in dialogue with schools across its creation phases, the piece weaves movement, sound, light, and scenic machinery into a sensory journey rather than a narrative with characters or a concert of named compositions.
