+1+1+1+ is a dance installation collaboratively created by Japanese media artist Daito Manabe and the dance collective ELEVENPLAY. It combines dance, digital technology, visual art, volumetric capture, algorithm-generated imagery, and live string music. Daito Manabe is credited with artistic direction, music, and visuals, while MIKIKO is credited with artistic direction and choreography. The work explores time, structure, repetition, and the relationship between physical bodies and digital data.
