This is a music-theatre project combining the Orchestral Academy of the Baroque Orchestra of Seville with the IES Macarena Theatre Group. The project is presented within an academic and artistic initiative focused on the recovery of classical material, with CICUS and the Spanish Society for Classical Studies involved in the event context. The theatrical text is inspired by material associated with Virgil and Ovid. The official project description frames it as a cycle of myths in Latin and identifies a musical palette connected with Vivaldi, Handel, Bach and Dowland, without supplying individual work titles. Teresa Fernández and Manuel Yruela direct the staging. The production uses named characters, narration, instrumental performance, acrobatics, and groups representing animals, shadows and maenads. Rosa Álvarez and Toñi Álvarez of Tamknitting are credited with costumes; Manuel Fernández provides illustrations; Manuel Fernández and David Herrera are responsible for the heads of Charon and Hades.
