Invisible cities is a thematic contemporary chamber concert within the Opéra national du Rhin’s sixth Arsmondo Festival (Arsmondo Utopia). The 2024 edition explores utopia and imaginary places, linking Thomas More’s 1516 satire to Strasbourg’s status as 2024 World Book Capital. Conceived as a celebration of literature and music, the program gathers works that open windows onto parallel universes and better worlds. The concert is performed by Collectif lovemusic, who also present a new commission by Thierry Tidrow, and frames the evening with music by Claude Vivier.
