Symbiosis

SYMBIOSIS is a contemporary circus diptych created and performed by German circus artist Kolja Huneck and Dutch circus artist Luuk Brantjes. The production combines circus, nouvelle magie and object theatre, placing two different artistic approaches in dialogue. The staging takes place inside a customized dome tent, where juggling and acrobatics become a choreographic exchange between bodies, objects, matter and space. The artistic team includes consultants, technicians, a costume designer, a photographer, a trailer creator and production management. The production is co-produced by several European circus and theatre organizations.
