The production of Alpha Kryonia Xe was commissioned as part of the Terytoria (Territories) cycle, an initiative by Teatr Wielki dedicated to promoting the works of young, contemporary composers. The ballet was paired during its premiere evening with the chamber opera Fedra by Dobromiła Jaskot. The staging features set and costume designs by Paweł Grabarczyk, with choreography developed by Jacek Przybyłowicz. The artistic vision translates the abstract and philosophical science fiction concepts of Stanisław Lem into contemporary dance, utilizing Gryka's modern electronic and acoustic soundscapes to build a futuristic atmosphere.
