L'amour S'amuse

A 1955 revival and "new version" of Lucien Pipon's 3‑act musical comedy L'amour s'amuse, adapted from Marivaux. Presented at the Grand Théâtre de Tours, the production was staged by Paul Mestre—who had mounted an earlier 1948–1949 version—and featured refreshed casting with musical direction by Jacques Davasse. The run comprised three performances over December 17–18, 1955.
