Vista's Broadway Theatre partnered with Wildwood Crossing & Cantina to launch a new weekend dinner theater program in Vista, California. The inaugural production, “I'm Old Fashioned,” was created to activate Wildwood’s Showroom, a special events space with a raised stage and full bar. The series offered an intimate cabaret experience, limiting seating to about 50 patrons for clear sightlines and comfort. Each performance integrated a full dining service, with dinner or lunch served one hour prior to the show. Audiences selected from several entrees, including Prime Rib and Braised Short Rib, enhancing the supper-club feel. The production emphasized close-up performance, classic repertoire, and a relaxed social atmosphere. It established a local model for pairing quality live entertainment with a curated dining experience.
