American Fanfare

American Fanfare is an outdoor orchestral and vocal concert presented by the Princeton Symphony Orchestra as the culminating event of the 2026 Princeton Festival. Designed to celebrate America’s semiquincentennial (AMERICA at 250) and presented in partnership with the Municipality of Princeton, the concert takes place in a tented performance pavilion on the historic grounds of the Morven Museum & Garden. The program blends classical Americana with Broadway showstoppers and features guest vocalist Julie Benko, known for her acclaimed Broadway performances in Funny Girl and Ragtime. The event fosters a community atmosphere, capping an afternoon of family activities on the museum grounds; free family fun for children runs from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm before the 3:00 pm downbeat. Audiences are encouraged to picnic in the gardens and explore the historic site prior to the performance.
