The Gambler

This is the Mariinsky Theatre production of Sergei Prokofiev's The Gambler, directed for the stage by Temur Chkheidze. The production premiered at the Mariinsky Theatre on 21 June 2007. The musical director is Valery Gergiev. The production design team comprises Zinovy Margolin, set designer; Tatiana Noginova, costume designer; and Gleb Filshtinsky, lighting designer. Lighting adaptation for the Mariinsky II is credited to Andrei Ponizovsky and Yegor Kartashov. Additional production credits are Yuri Laptev, director; Konstantin Rylov, principal chorus master; and Marina Mishuk, musical preparation.
