A Chorus Line is a German-language musical production in the 2026–2027 Staatstheater Darmstadt season. The production features musical direction by Nicolas Kierdorf, direction and stage design by Florian Mahlberg, and choreography by Nicole Eckenigk. The staging centers on an audition for a Broadway musical: an empty stage, a strong spotlight, and director Zach conducting a casting process to select eight dancers. The work was originally conceived, directed and choreographed by Michael Bennett, with a German version by Robin Kulisch. No cast list or performance-specific casting has been published.
