“The Diary of Adam and Eve” is a concert-show within the “Il Centro della Musica” series, organized by Fondazione Teatro Donizetti in collaboration with the Department of Social Policies of the City of Bergamo. The production weaves theatrical acting with live orchestral performance, creating a continuous dialogue between spoken word and score. Original music by Danilo Comitini is performed by the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana under the baton of Jacopo Rivani. The show is co-produced with La Corelli. The staging highlights the witty, contrasting voices of the two biblical characters, in an atmosphere of irony and lightness. Silvia Rossetti’s adaptation brings Mark Twain’s classic strikingly up to date, exploring relationship dynamics through a poetic and playful journey of differences, misunderstandings, and irresistible attraction.
