About

A mobile chamber opera by Frank Schwemmer for children aged 3 and up. The story follows a hungry mouse who sneaks into a chef’s kitchen. The performance invites children to take part and sing along. Joining the adventure are a fairy who speaks in violin tones and the chef’s eager helper, who makes every object in the kitchen ring. Only together with them—and the children—does the mouse finally manage to soften the chef’s heart.
