This concert, titled "Gloria," was presented as part of the 30th Macao International Music Festival to showcase the evolution of Macao's musical culture. The program selected rare choral works by Portuguese, German, and English composers spanning from the late Renaissance to the modern period, alongside original hymns by Macao composers and austere American spirituals. The performance brought together two of Macao's major choirs, Coro Perosi and Coro Dolce Voce de Macau, both dedicated to promoting the choral arts and enriching the local musical landscape through Western sacred music, folk music, and musicals. The concert aimed to highlight the city's artistic brilliance through a sequence of melodious sacred pieces. The total duration was approximately 1 hour and 35 minutes, including one interval.
