Paganiniana

Paganiniana is an open-air orchestral concert by the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana, conducted by Roberto Molinelli, within the 67th Estate musicale del Garda “Gasparo da Salò” International Violin Festival (16 July – 8 August 2026). The program opens with Molinelli’s Italian Opera Promenade and continues with Paganiniana, his concert suite based on Paganini’s 24 Caprices, where the solo violin writing is preserved and the orchestra becomes a co‑protagonist through connecting bridges. The soloist is Korean violinist Nurie Chung, prizewinner at the 56th Premio Paganini (Genoa, 2021). The concert takes place in Piazza del Duomo in Salò, with relocation into the Duomo in case of bad weather. Tickets are available via webtic.it and at the Infopoint Salò, with festival subscriptions sold in person.
