Artemis is a renowned international jazz super-group founded in 2017 by pianist and musical director Renee Rosnes. The ensemble unites leading female artists from the contemporary jazz scene into a powerful quintet of modern virtuosos. Voted DownBeat Readers Poll “Group of the Year” for three consecutive years, Artemis is celebrated for high-wire intensity, technical brilliance, emotional depth, and a palpable sense of camaraderie onstage.
