Mignon

The 1934 staging of Mignon was produced by the San Francisco Opera Association as part of its 1934 season at the War Memorial Opera House. Musical direction was led by conductor Pietro Cimini; staging by stage director Armando Agnini; and choral preparation by chorus master Antonio Dell'Orefice. The production incorporated choreography by Adolph Bolm, performed by a dance ensemble including Eccleston Moran, Betty Scoble Abbott, and Dimitri Romanoff. Photographer Lawrence B. Morton documented the staging and principal artists.
