This production of André Messager’s Isoline was presented as a ballet during the 1942–1943 season at the Grand Théâtre de Tours under the direction of Marcel Morna. Rather than being staged as a standalone full-length work, it was programmed as an accompanying piece (“+ Ballet”) following performances of Puccini’s Tosca. The choreography was created by André Marco, and the resident forces of the theater were used: the Ballet du Théâtre accompanied by the Orchestre du Théâtre de Tours. Two performances are documented: Wednesday, November 4, 1942 (evening), and Wednesday, December 23, 1942.
