Lea Bessoudo Greck’s choreography for Šárka is presented in a mixed ballet evening combining works by Stravinsky, Smetana, and Bizet/Shchedrin. For the Smetanova Litomyšl festival, Šárka is staged as an ensemble- and solo-driven choreographic piece set to Bedřich Smetana’s symphonic poem of the same name. Production credits list Lea Bessoudo Greck as choreographer, with set and lighting collaboration between Pavel Knolle and Lea Bessoudo Greck. Costume design is by Pavel Knolle.
