Auditorio de Tenerife presents 'Sueño', a production by the troupe Compañía Criolla in co-production with Festivales de Buenos Aires. This staging is a free adaptation of William Shakespeare’s classic 'A Midsummer Night’s Dream', reimagined for a family audience and suitable for spectators from the age of 10 onwards. The production focuses on the intersection of reality and fantasy within a theatrical rehearsal setting. The artistic vision, led by director Emiliano Dionisi, utilizes a minimalist yet evocative set design by Gonzalo Córdoba Estévez and costume design by Marisol Castañeda to bring the magical elements of the forest to life. The production is characterized by its playful exploration of human emotions and desires, facilitated by the presence of magical beings who intervene in the lives of the human characters.
