La casa de Max is an electro-acoustic chamber opera inspired by the work of Argentinian author Julio Cortazar. An intimate piece, a whispered tale of our minds' often unusual ways of dealing with feelings of isolation and loneliness. An "inner" opera that combines classical and electronic music with a tango flair. The opera has a direct emotional connection to Buenos Aires, the city where it all happens.
