"Puls" is structured as one evening of three contemporary dance works: Falling Angels, Troy Game and Radian40°. The three works create distinct dance worlds on the TKOBAP stage. Falling Angels uses minimalist dance and strong rhythmic music to examine discipline, freedom, conformity and self-liberation. Troy Game combines athletic movement, martial arts, gymnastics, theatricality, humor and Brazilian-influenced rhythms in a satirical challenge to conventional masculinity. Radian40°, the Albanian contribution by Edi Blloshmi, explores cultural memory, human proximity, intimacy, distance and transformation through movement, lighting, scenography and costume.
