A compact, object-based staging of Collodi’s tale: an ordinary wardrobe becomes a theatrical engine, supplying garments and small props to conjure multiple characters and scenes. Two actor-narrators open the doors of imagination, shifting swiftly between episodes through playful manipulation of clothes and objects. The show is authored and directed by Lorenzo Bassotto, with scenic realization by Bassotto and Roberto Maria Macchi, underscoring an intimate, actor-driven visual language. Music by Fiorenzo Carpi frames the action, supporting a light, family-friendly tone. Produced by Bam!Bam! Teatro with the patronage of the Fondazione Nazionale Carlo Collodi.
