The doctors are worried, the two elderly patients are suffering from an infection. Mrs. Hinterleitner isn't eating anymore. And Mrs. Obermaier is confused and fantasizing. Only the visit of her son, whom she keeps talking about - a successful chef in America - could perhaps help her. But the son cannot be found. A young chef from Ottakring is persuaded to play Mrs. Obermaier's son.
