Yesterdate is a musical journey back to the 1960s. The story is set in the 1990s, when a group of friends reunite who once attended the legendary Beatles concert in Essen’s Grugahalle on June 25, 1966. Their reunion is sparked by plans for a charity concert. The production interweaves memories of the Swinging Sixties with the era’s hits, from The Beatles to Drafi Deutscher.
