Based on the classical myth of the same name, the opera depicts the Goddess of love, Venus, and her love for the mortal Adonis, a romance that could only ever end in tragedy. Featuring an ensemble cast consisting of members of the Genesis Sixeteen, the Royal Northern College of Music, and the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, this shouldn’t be an evening to miss!
