In 2026 there will once again be wonderful Pettersson and Findus performances across Germany for the whole family. Children and adults alike can enjoy lively entertainment and experience the beloved stories from the book series up close. Whether in a theatre hall, on an open-air stage, or at a puppet theatre, there is something for everyone. The plays are based on Sven Nordqvist’s books and tell engaging stories from the duo’s everyday life. The Mannheim staging is lovingly and humorously brought to life by the Pettersson team at CAPITOL. The piece is designed for children aged 3 and up. Due to the Casablanca space, adults sit on chairs at the back while children sit on cosy carpets directly in front of the stage to be close to the action. The Lübeck performance takes place live under the open sky. Surrounded by nature, the Freilichtbühne Lübeck (opened in 1927 and built like an amphitheatre) offers a unique atmosphere right by the Trave river.
