About this event

This is a documented solo piano recital within the Ettlinger Schlosskonzerte 2026–2027 series. Jan Čmejla is credited as piano soloist and as an SWR Kultur New Talent. The concert takes place in the Asamsaal at Ettlinger Schloss, a hall described as having late-Baroque frescoes, generous architecture and concert acoustics. The programme surveys piano works from four centuries, beginning with Rameau, continuing with Lili Boulanger and Adam Skoumal, and concluding with two works by Chopin. It is presented without theatrical staging, with a free spoken introduction at 17:30 before the 18:00 concert.
