About this event
This is a concert presentation by the Bard College Community Orchestra, described as a full symphony orchestra drawing on Bard students, faculty and staff, local high school players, and members of the wider Hudson Valley community. The program combines selected numbers from Beethoven's The Creatures of Prometheus with Brahms's Piano Concerto No. 2. Zachary Schwartzman is Music Director, Erica Kiesewetter is Associate Conductor, and Keilor Tung '27 is Assistant Conductor. Ryan McCullough, identified as conservatory faculty, is the piano soloist for the Brahms concerto. The production is documented as an orchestral concert rather than a staged realization of the Prometheus ballet.
