About this event

MORDÁI presents a concert combining its own repertoire with a themed section dedicated to Ferenc Sebő. The event is part of the Autumn Margó Literary Festival and is tagged as popular music. The program draws on the experimental Hungarian folk music tradition of the 1960s and 1970s, identified as a major influence on MORDÁI's musical language. The Sebő section is framed as a personal tribute using songs and musical motifs associated with his legacy. The tribute material is placed within MORDÁI's dark folk-rock soundscape, creating a program structure that connects the revival of Hungarian folk music with the group's contemporary performance style. Müpa Budapest is the presenter and the program is described as a joint event with Kultúrkombinát Kft.
