About this event

Piano Cosmos is a concert production for two pianists that combines classical piano repertoire with pop, electronic and cinematic material. The event combines Bach with Daft Punk's Aerodynamic, gives Beethoven's Für Elise an atmospheric treatment, and combines Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata with elements from Hans Zimmer's Interstellar soundtrack. The sound design extends the acoustic piano with synthesizers, spherical sounds and minimal beats. Specially designed or custom-built pianos, synthesizers, costumes and audiovisual staging are used in the live presentation. The production is part of the Piano Cosmos Tour 2026.
