Bolero de Blanco y Negro is a dance production by Israel Galván built around the black-and-white visual association of piano keys. The event description presents a route for two pianos toward the essential character of Ravel's Boléro, specifically its persistent and obsessive rhythmic structure. The production places Galván's avant-garde flamenco in dialogue with Ravel's work and with other boleros. Israel Galván is credited with choreography and dance, Andrea Rebaudengo with musical arrangements and piano, Gerard Bouwhuis with piano, and Juan José Amador with cante. The production is co-produced by the XXIV Bienal de Flamenco de Sevilla, Fondazione Teatro Grande di Brescia, and Opéra National de Bordeaux. Los Mellis de Huelva are credited as palmeros, Pedro León with technical direction and sound, Rosario Gallardo with management, and IGalván Company with production.
