The production is a biographical theatre work about composer Kai Normann Andersen during the German occupation of Denmark. It follows the real events involving Kai and Ellen Gottschalch on Stevns, where their summer residence becomes connected to the Danish resistance through Kai's compositions for Poul Henningsen's anti-German revue songs. Nicolaj Cornelius and Sune Svanekier appear on stage. Cornelius is credited with the idea, script and scenography, while Svanekier is credited with direction and co-scriptwriting. The production also includes music recording, recorded voices, set construction, sewing, stage management and technical operation.
