Familien Hassan is a theatre dramatization based on Steffen Stubager's 2024 book Familien Hassan. The book recounts the life of Yahya Hassan's mother and four siblings, including their family history and upbringing in Trillegården near Aarhus. Sargun Oshana directs and dramatizes the production. It addresses rootlessness, refugee trauma, domestic violence, serious crime, institutional placements, gang environments, death threats, imprisonment, social failures, and parallel societies that do not meet. The production gives stage space to voices from a closed environment that are rarely heard. Benjamin la Cour is responsible for scenography and lighting, Cengiz Güdücü designs the costumes, and Rezwan Taha creates the music and songs and performs on stage. The cast includes Ellaha Lack, Zere Celik, Arian Kashef, and Wahid Sui as the four actors representing the siblings.
