About this event

This single-date charity orchestral concert combines the Yamagata Symphony Orchestra with conductor Ryuichiro Ikeyama at Yamagin Kenmin Hall. The programme is organized in four sections: Movie Culture, Japanese Pop Culture, YSO Selection, and Hanagasa Ondo YAMAGATA Culture. It moves from film and musical selections to anime and film themes, then to orchestral works by Sibelius and a Yamagata folk-song finale.
