This is Big League Productions’ new national-tour production of Meredith Willson’s musical comedy. Directed by Matt Lenz with new choreography by Joshua Bergasse, it reimagines the River City story while retaining Willson’s humor, wordplay, and optimism. Scenic design is by Ann Beyersdorfer, video design by Lisa Renkel, lighting design by Ken Billington, costumes by Santo Loquasto, sound by Walter Trarbach, wigs and makeup by Roxanne De Luna, costume coordination by Robin L. McGee, music supervision by Kristin Stowell, and music direction/orchestration by Thomas Fosnocht. The production is a non-Equity national tour, with ARC providing casting. Deborah Denenberg and Dan Sher/Big League Productions, Inc. are producers. No official performance language, subtitles, or direct livestream is specified.
