Adélaïde Ferrière – Théâtre de la Renaissance, Oullins

About this event

This is a one-hour solo concert centered on Adélaïde Ferrière playing the marimba. The programme, titled "Le marimba dans tous ses états," presents the plurality of keyboard percussion sound identities. It combines transcriptions for marimba, maracas and multi-percussion and condenses Ferrière's work on contemporary repertoire. The programme names eight composers but does not identify individual compositions or their order. The concert is presented within Opera Underground and the Génération Spedidam support context, in partnership with Théâtre de la Renaissance - Oullins-Pierre-Bénite.
