The Residents' 2026 production is a full theatrical presentation of the 1979 recording Eskimo. The concept expands the album into a staged performance using narration, characters, and theatrical staging, while drawing on the original master recordings. The production adds five newly written pieces inspired by traditional Indigenous Arctic folk tales documented in late-nineteenth-century collections. The additions are integrated into the mythology and stage structure rather than presented as an unrelated support program. Rushadicus opens each tour date; the official description identifies Rushadicus as "the Infamous Cello Goblín," and the performer is identified as Rushad Eggleston, a cellist, composer, and entertainer.
