About this event
This is a solo piano concert by Kotaro Fukuma, presented under the programme title "Viaje sobre agua". The official description begins with an image of water at dusk: fading light leaves the surface suspended before an almost imperceptible ripple appears. It identifies the programme's central idea as "agua resplandeciente", inspired by the Japanese kanji "洸", which combines the ideas of water and light. The programmatic sequence moves from Mendelssohn's "Gondellied" to Bizet's "Cantos del Rhin", followed by unspecified works by Claude Debussy, Wagner's "Tristán e Isolda", and Smetana's "El Moldava". No director, designer, orchestra, chorus, or additional performer is credited.
