Del deseo a la voz is a soprano-and-piano recital labeled "Germany - Mexico" on the English event page. Its organizing idea comes from Rainer Maria Rilke's Liebes-Lied, in which love is imagined as the vibration of two violin strings that produce one resonance while retaining their individuality. The program follows desire from anticipation through eruption and fracture to its persistence in memory. The central area is Poulenc's La voz humana, with Jean Cocteau's French libretto, presented as a dramatic monologue in which desire becomes need, obsession, overflow, and physical vulnerability. The final area uses texts by Federico García Lorca and music by Joaquín Turina and Enrique Granados, shifting desire into memory through echo, lament, identity, and a Spanish cultural context.
