TRISHA BROWN: IN PLAIN SITE is presented as a site-specific reactivation of Trisha Brown's classic works. The production takes place outside the conventional theatre, in museums and public spaces, so that movement is considered in relation to architecture, the natural environment, and the audience. The staging changes with each location: spatial relationships are not a fixed backdrop but shape how bodies, sites, and spectators encounter one another. The production continues Brown's interest in experimentation and the public dimension of art, examining how dance can operate beyond a conventional stage. Supplementary documentation describes the repertory material as being mined and recombined to meet the spatial demands of each venue, reducing the distance between dancers and spectators.
