About this event

This is a concert presentation rather than a staged opera or theatre production. It is the final concert of the 13th Wojciech Kilar Music Festival. Resonance is the central concept: one movement produces another, and resonance becomes a metaphor for connection, coexistence, spiritual harmony, and musical sacredness. The program is built around two settings of Te Deum, by Wojciech Kilar and Anton Bruckner, with intervening a cappella works that extend the sacred focus through liturgical practice and communal singing. The performers are the Gorzów Philharmonic Orchestra, Singakademie Frankfurt Choir, four solo vocalists, and Rudolf Tiersch as conductor and choir preparer.
