Zingdag Den Haag – Amare, The Hague

About this event

Zingdag Den Haag is a participatory choral day that brings amateur singers and regional choirs together with professional singers from the Nederlands Kamerkoor. Throughout the day, choir members lead workshops on breathing, vocal technique, ensemble skills and choral sound, culminating in a free public concert in Amare Studio at 17:00 conducted by Béni Csillag. The repertoire spans Steve Reich’s The Desert Music, Anne‑Maartje Lemereis’s Lumen, deel II, Arvo Pärt’s Solfeggio, Knut Nystedt’s Immortal Bach, and selected movements from Handel’s Messiah.
