Workshop: Ball Im Savoy – Theater Ulm, Ulm

About this event

An opera workshop presented by Theater Ulm as an accompanying format for its Ball im Savoy production. Two appointments can be attended independently. The first offers background and work information; the second connects to the staging and rehearsal process, giving participants a framework for questions, discussion, and reflection. The associated staging is set during a night at the Hotel Savoy and combines operetta, revue, and musical comedy. The production credits include musical direction by Panagiotis Papadopoulos, direction by Maren Schäfer, stage and costumes by Sebastian Ellrich, dramaturgy by Diane Ackermann, and stage-practical reconstruction by Henning Hagedorn and Matthias Grimminger.
