About this event
Asian Scary Theater is presented as live radio-style theater: actors deliver the storytelling vocally while foley and sound effects are created live on stage and remain visible to the audience. Music is integrated into the staging, but no separate concert program or named musical compositions are provided. The production is structured as an anthology of Asian and Pacific Island scary stories rather than a single continuous play. Program credits list Gingerlily Lowe for writing, directing, and songwriting; Káli for stage management and assistant direction; and Kent Brisby for additional material and assistant direction.
