Soirée Im Entrée – Luise Adolpha Le Beau – Badische State Theater Karlsruhe, Karlsruhe

About this event

Part of the Soirée im Entrée series at the Neues Entrée of the Badisches Staatstheater Karlsruhe, this evening offers an intimate portrait of composer and pianist Luise Adolpha Le Beau (1850–1927), who maintained close ties to the Karlsruhe region. The format interweaves selected songs, solo piano music, and readings from her memoirs (Lebenserinnerungen) to introduce audiences to her artistic voice and life. The series emphasizes curated, accessible evenings—readings, talks, and musical portraits—distinct from large-scale stage productions, making use of the smaller Entrée space for close-up encounters with the artists and their stories.
