About this event

"Nice" received the Youth Play Prize of the Heidelberg Stückemarkt in 2025 and was first presented in Heidelberg in that context. The play has been nominated for the German Youth Theatre Prize 2026. Sergej Gößner’s production has also been selected for the Jugendtheater longlist of Augenblick mal! – the Festival of Theatre for Young Audiences 2027. The festival’s final programme selection will be announced in September 2026, as will the shortlist for the Youth Theatre Prize. With Kristo Šagor as the new head of the Young Theatre, the world-premiere staging of this successful play comes from Theater Konstanz to Heidelberg. Quote: "Fear leads to fear. And love leads to love."
