About this event
The Gitarrentage Ettlingen is a biennial acoustic guitar festival staged by Stadt Ettlingen in cooperation with Musikstudio89. The Saturday evening concert at Stadthalle Ettlingen brings together four solo acoustic guitarists from Germany and Belgium in a shared concert format. Each artist presents a self-curated set of original compositions and personal arrangements spanning fingerstyle, folk, jazz, Latin American and world music influences. The concert takes place in the renovated main hall of the Stadthalle, a 450-seat venue in Ettlingen near Karlsruhe. The festival continues on Sunday with workshops and an Open Stage at Schloss Ettlingen for emerging musicians.
