The second concert in the Modena Belcanto Festival’s Kammermusik series showcases the young singers of the Modena Belcanto Masterclass alongside pianist Linda Piana. Embedded within the long-standing training initiatives of Fondazione Teatro Comunale di Modena and the “Modena Città del Belcanto” project, the Masterclass emphasizes stylistic versatility from early music to contemporary repertoire. Kammermusik n. 2 focuses on the core Bel Canto tradition and extends into 20th-century music, tracing a path from Vincenzo Bellini to Leonard Bernstein. Presented in collaboration with Gallerie Estensi, the concert takes place in the historic Salone delle Guardie at the Palazzo Ducale di Sassuolo. Admission is free, reflecting the festival’s commitment to broad public access to vocal and operatic training.
